Production Timeline
Each print is made to order after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days.
You'll receive: → Order confirmation email (immediately)
→ Shipping confirmation with tracking (when shipped)
→ Delivery updates (via carrier)

Total Timeline: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days from order date (2-5 days production + 5-7 days shipping).
Packaging
Prints are packaged in rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes designed specifically for framed artwork. Your print arrives ready to hang—just unpack and display.
Return Policy
At Robby Dorsch Photography, every piece is made to order specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or returned, and we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged Items in Transit
In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear, detailed photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to us at info@robbydorsch.com within 72 hours of delivery.
If damage is confirmed, Robby Dorsch Photography, at our discretion, may offer to repair or replace the item after reviewing the submitted documentation ("Damage Review").
When Submitting a Damage Claim
You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photos of the damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
Photos must be received within 72 hours of the delivery date.
The item must not have been hung, installed, or otherwise used prior to photographing the damage.
A Damage Review may take up to 30 business days to complete.
Replacement items are subject to current production timelines, availability, and shipping constraints. If a replacement is approved, return shipping costs may apply.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. We cannot modify or cancel orders after they enter production.
If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@robbydorsch.com as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests submitted within the first few hours of ordering, but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
