At Robby Dorsch Photography, every piece is made to order specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or returned, and we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged Items in Transit
In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear, detailed photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to us at info@robbydorsch.com within 72 hoursof delivery.
If damage is confirmed, Robby Dorsch Photography, at our discretion, may offer to repair or replace the item after reviewing the submitted documentation (“Damage Review”).
When submitting a damage claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photos of the damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
Photos must be received within 72 hours of the delivery date.
The item must not have been hung, installed, or otherwise used prior to photographing the damage.
A Damage Review may take up to 30 business days to complete.
Replacement items are subject to current production timelines, availability, and shipping constraints. If a replacement is approved, return shipping costs may apply.
